in Irish music"
-THE IRISH VOICE .
Susan McKeown is from Dublin, Ireland. Here is a remarkable

Aidan Brennan is a phenomenal
guitarist from Ireland. He has recorded on various albums
including Loreena McKennitts "Book of Secrets" and

PHIL
CUNNINGHAM
At sixteen, Phil joined his brother Johnny in the highly acclaimed
Scottish band 'Silly Wizard' and was a full-time member of
the band from 1976 to 1983, with the band developing into
a musical force renowned not only in their native Scotland,
but also in the rest of Europe, Canada and the United States.
The band's reputation was established by their performance
of exclusively traditional material, and to this Phil added
many compositions of his own, adding to the musical heritage
of Scotland and keeping the tradition alive.
It is an honor to have Phil Cunnigham be part of Faerieworlds

Woodlands

explore the landscapes of Faerie, with mythical lyrics and
ancient melodies. For three
years Woodland

with Robert Gould of IMAGINOSIS.
After sharing the mainstage at last years Faerieworlds festival,
Woodland had just performed two shows with Johnny and Susan
in the Fall of 2003 before his passing. Woodland and Imaginosis
came together this year to create this event and memorial
for Johnny Cunningham, who was set to produce a new collaborative

past December. Their set of Faerie dance songs will feature
the World of Froud Digital Faerie Lightshow on Saturday evening. |

TRILLIAN
GREEN
"Trillian Greene is the best music
ever. The sounds of the cello and the drums put you in a trance
like state. It makes you want to go into the forest and sleep
under a log. I highly recomend it! "
- Review Amazon.com
For years, Trillian Green dazzled audiences with their raw
acoustic tantric-trance music. The trio, comprising of cello,
flute and percussion have the ability to lock into hypnotic
melodic grooves, invoking knotwork rhythmic patterns with
their ecstatic tones. Their music inspires the landscapes
of the otherworld. After many years apart, Trillian Green
will perform a first-time reunion concert at Faerieworlds
this year on Sunday

Taarka |
|
TAARKA
"Taarka is an instrumental band, focusing all of their
creative energies on a breathless synergy of sounds. They
know when to lay back and let it flow, and when to push
it forward, culminating in an intensity rarely found in
acoustic music."
- Matt Ziegler Flagstaff Live

area, which features high-energy instrumental music sourced
from various traditions, yet original and unique. They blend

CASEY
NEILL
"While Casey Neill's muscular tales of
love and rambling clearly follow a Celtic blueprint, he belts
it out American style. With a clear lyrical vision of the
West, Neill stands as an admirable exponent of a deep tradition."
- Zach Dundas, Willamette Week
Casey Neill is a singer/songwriter
whose style fuses American rootsrock and celtic influences
with original lyricism. Casy was perfoming and recording with

Toad in the Hole |
|
TOAD
IN THE HOLE
Toad in the Hole brings to the stage a modern interpretation
of Celtic music. Inspired by the Pogues and influenced by
Celtic, Bluegrass, Folk and Punk, their music is at once
unique and familiar. Their lyrics are accessible and finely
crafted, enhanced by vocal and musical accompaniment which
is accomplished and seamless. It’s their raucous energy,
however, which sets them apart and keeps you dancing long
past the time you should have collapsed.
“Toad in the Hole will get the crowd on their feet,
and the madness won’t end until band and audience
are exhausted, sweaty and crying in their beers from sheer
joy.” – Eugene Weekly
