And we’re only talking about the first minute or so after Kan’Nal takes the stge. These performances surpass what people expect. You can’t exactly call them concerts; instead Kan’Nal has created its own ”Shamanic Rock” – personal ritual that stirs the emotions – fear, desire, ecstasy – in a way that makes this group much more than just a band.

Kan'Nal will headline Bad Faeries Night at the McDonald Theatre, accompanied by Brian Froud's Bad Faeries lightshow.

TRICKY PIXIE Tricky Pixie is a musical fusion featuring Faerieworlds featured guitarist and vocalist SJ Tucker, Gaia Consort cellist Betsy Tinney, and fiddle and songwriting virtuoso AJ Adams. This wild, sexy, irreverent, and masterful trio mixes up a delirious blend of tunes for each unforgettable show. All three members of Tricky Pixie are prolific songwriters, and together they have a vast musical catalog of original tunes -- a collective discography of 17 currently available albums. Since their first official show in July 2007, they have released one live album together, and a performance DVD is on the way. S.J. Tucker, Alexander James Adams, and Betsy Tinney are vibrant and animated entertainers, so a Tricky Pixie performance is as much visual and interactive as instrumental and vocal.
